Keith Thode, Aidmatrix COO & CFO, in Manhattan Nov. 1 observes how NYC Police are trying to keep the city moving with all the subways, street lights, and traffic lights shut down, moving people and traffic on the street is a challenge. Creative solutions like making a north/south main way on 8^th Ave lit with flares at each intersection and manned by officers at each corner is helping keep things moving in an orderly and safe manner around the city.
