All About Microsoft’s Local Impact Map Tool

The power of effective storytelling is well recognized by nonprofit organizations as a vital tool in communicating impact; yet it’s a component most struggle with. And with the increase use of multimedia, mapping data, social media, nonprofits have the ability to bring their stories to life and share them across the globe. Microsoft created the Local Impact Map for its own storytelling work and has since made it available, free of cost, to enable organizations to communicate their impact to various audiences. Join Microsoft’s Technology for Good program manager James Rooney and folks from two nonprofits that are using the tool today.
