Aidmatrix is responding to
Hurricane Sandy in partnership with the State offices of Emergency Management
and the State VOADs (voluntary organizations active in disaster) who are
currently assessing the situation. In support of this effort, we are working
with Microsoft’s Disaster Response team to help get the word out on what is
needed in the region.
As needs are relayed through the
National Donations Management Network (www.ndmn.us)
,of which each State impacted is a member, those needs and stories from the
ground are then passed and published through Microsoft’s online properties to
reach even more potential donors.

Microsoft has made a great

have them as a partner to help amplify the work being done on the ground by the
nonprofits and emergency first responders.
