On Thursday, May 2, Aidmatrix hosted the 2013
Digital Ball Kickoff Luncheon, in celebration of a successful inaugural
gala last November and in anticipation of an even bigger and better event for
2013. The Luncheon marks the first event of the Digital Ball season, which
culminates in Aidmatrix’ annual fundraising gala on November 2. Proceeds from
the Digital Ball raise essential funds to support Aidmatrix’ humanitarian
relief efforts around the globe.
The Luncheon was met with overwhelming support, with more
than 120 business, technology and nonprofit thought leaders in attendance and
more than 50% growth compared to the 2012 Kickoff event. Guests included
Aidmatrix Board of Directors and Executives, Digital Ball Planning Committee
Members, and current and prospective IT Executive Hosts and Sponsors from
companies such as Accenture, AT&T, Avanade, D Magazine, DFW Airport, Dr
Pepper Snapple Group, Epitec, Flowserve, Invensys, Jackson Walker L.L.P.,
Microsoft, Pyramid Consulting, RadioShack, Renaissance Executive Forums Dallas,
Rent-A-Center, Safety-Kleen, Samuel Lynn Galleries, SIM RLF, Spych Market
