Microsoft Retires Support for Windows XP April 8, 2014

Dear Aidmatrix Partner,
At Aidmatrix, our goal is to create and sustain success for your humanitarian relief supply chain efforts. Part of that work is to provide you with transparent information about factors that may impact your environment.

Topic: Microsoft Announces End of Support for Windows XP beginning April 8, 2014

Since Windows XP will no longer supported by Microsoft as of April 8, 2014, Aidmatrix will no longer be testing or supporting PCs that are running Windows XP after that same date. This includes PCs running our SCM4Good Offline Mode and includes all of our platforms of products.

Please begin taking the necessary steps to upgrade any PCs running Windows XP that are used to work with Aidmatrix' SCM4Good, SCM4Giving, and SCM4Hunger (including AgencyExpress, DonorExpress, and Choice) platforms so that you are ready prior to the April 8, 2014 deadline.

Contact your Aidmatrix account manager if you have further questions.
