Aidmatrix was grateful to be the
recipient charity for the Dallas Chapter of the International Association of
Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) golf tournament this week. 76
golfers from DFW technology companies enjoyed a beautiful, sunny day, complete
with a nice breeze, at Fire Wheel Golf Club on the outskirts of Dallas. A
portion of the proceeds will support Aidmatrix and members of the team were on
hand to play in the tournament and promote the upcoming DFW Digital Ball with the
participants.
Stationed at hole #3, Karen
Krygowski, Aidmatrix’s Director of Corporate Development, along with Nicole
Targa from the DFW event coordination company, Bring It On!, treated golfers to
a hole-in-one putting contest and distributed DFW Digital Ball goodies to the
players. Despite some entertaining-for-all challenges putting up and taking
down the tent in the wind, Karen and Nicole had a great day interacting with
the golfers.
Karen Krygowski, Aidmatrix’s Director of Corporate Development stationed at Hole 3 |
Brad Watts, Senior Programs
Manager, Amir Tabei, Senior Product Manager and Manish Misri, Solutions Architect, played in foursomes with
participants from Artis Consulting, Microsoft, Robert Half, Experus, Avepoint,
Software One, Softmart and BBTech Solutions Inc. During the tournament, they
were able to get to know some of DFWs technology players and share highlights
of the upcoming inaugural DFW Digital Ball.
Karen presented a brief
description about Aidmatrix and the DFW Digital Ball to the group at the
luncheon and helped distribute tournament awards.
A fun day was had by all and it
was a great way to build Aidmatrix visibility in the local community, inspire
support for the Inaugural DFW Digital Ball, and raise money in support of our
programs!
